Braydon Johnson-McCormick, CEO and co-founder
A serial entrepreneur with over 15 years in business ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 institutions and a Doctorate in Music Composition from Boston University, Braydon is a seasoned technologist with a seriously musical background. He has rolled out over $50 million in new technology, saved over $20 million with the appropriate use of technology, conducted a symphony or two and written scores for a few movies. A regular speaker for MBA classes and conferences, Braydon brings passion to everything he does.
He and his wife adopted their twin 6 year old sons from Haiti when they were still babies and had their third child two years ago.

Christopher Benes, CTO and co-founder
With more than 16 years experience developing, managing and leading global engineering teams in the development of real-time embedded, networking, DSP and GUI software, Chris has a passion for creating and integrating new technologies to solve problems and produce new products and services. He’s led and managed distributed global teams of 30+ engineers and multi-million dollar budgets to deliver software applications using agile methodologies at Tellabs, Motorola, Applied Telecom and Shure. He enjoys flying, hiking and Blackhawk hockey. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Lee Deaner, Vice President of Training & Sales
Lee spent 4 years as an officer in the US Army prior to starting his career in the Pharmaceutical Industry where he has spent over 10 years in a number of different roles including sales, training, and management. He moved into the corporate training environment and developed a passion for training that is evident in every training event Lee is involved in. Lee has trained and led numerous virtual training events ranging in size from less than 10 participants to over 800 participants with 24 separate rooms running simultaneously. He has a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University and he and his wife have 2 children who keep them moving. Lee likes running anything from 5k’s to marathons, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Doug Petillo, Navigant Ventures
Doug Petillo, is a seasoned director, investor and serial entrepreneur who, for nearly 20 years, has helped drive growth companies in a wide variety of application and infrastructure software, and business services markets.
During a successful decade in venture capital at Edison Venture Fund, Apax Partners and TL Ventures, Petillo was involved on the Boards of Directors of more than two dozen technology companies, and affiliated with several dozen more where the central business challenge was growth acceleration. He provided strategic and operational guidance, with emphasis on driving scale in sales and marketing, capital efficient business models and go-to-market strategies. His broad operational leadership background spans product marketing, development and corporate finance, across which he advanced innovation, best practices and quality improvement frameworks. His contribution helped these companies scale within and beyond their niches, create jobs and ultimately build wealth for the employees, founders and investors.
Petillo has engineering degrees from Cornell University and Rensselaer Polytechnic and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
